Requirements
- Proven experience as a dressage judge or similar role in equestrian sports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dressage rules and judging criteria.
- Certification from a recognized equestrian federation or governing body.
- Strong analytical and observational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with participants and stakeholders.
