Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with promoters, sponsors, and other industry stakeholders to create opportunities for clients.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Advise clients on career decisions, training, and public appearances to enhance their marketability.
- Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic guidance to clients.
- Coordinate promotional events and media appearances to boost client visibility.
- Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and expenses related to client engagements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and client interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fight Manager or in a similar role within the sports management industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of contract law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the combat sports landscape, including boxing and mixed martial arts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
