Job Brief

As a Corporate Pilot, you will be responsible for piloting and navigating fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters on nonscheduled air carrier routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, precision, and operational excellence in various flying conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial Pilot certificate, extensive flight experience, and exceptional communication skills. You will work closely with clients and ground personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience while adhering to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Pilot and navigate flights safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare necessary documentation for each flight.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel throughout the flight.
  • Monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans as necessary to ensure passenger safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any special needs or requests.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance flying skills and knowledge of aviation regulations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft safety and reliability.

Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Pilot certificate with appropriate ratings for the aircraft type.
  • Minimum of 1,500 hours of flight experience, including time in the specific aircraft type.
  • Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Current medical examination certification from an FAA-authorized aviation medical examiner.
  • Experience with flight planning software and navigation systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
