Job Brief
As a Corporate Pilot, you will be responsible for piloting and navigating fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters on nonscheduled air carrier routes. The ideal candidate will possess a Commercial Pilot certificate, extensive flight experience, and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities
- Pilot and navigate flights safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and prepare necessary documentation for each flight.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel throughout the flight.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust flight plans as necessary to ensure passenger safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any special needs or requests.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance flying skills and knowledge of aviation regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure aircraft safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot certificate with appropriate ratings for the aircraft type.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of flight experience, including time in the specific aircraft type.
- Strong understanding of aviation safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Current medical examination certification from an FAA-authorized aviation medical examiner.
- Experience with flight planning software and navigation systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
