As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fulfill organizational staffing needs. Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Certifications such as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) are a plus.
- Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in recruiting.
