Job Brief
The Cryptologic Supervisor oversees and coordinates the activities of tactical operations specialists, ensuring efficient execution of cryptographic operations and analysis. Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities and strategic operations related to cryptographic analysis and intelligence gathering.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance team skills and efficiency.
- Implement and optimize cryptologic processes to improve operational effectiveness.
- Analyze cryptographic data and provide insights to support mission objectives.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in all cryptologic operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and streamline operations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in cryptology and tactical operations to inform team training and development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within cryptologic or tactical operations environments.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, methodologies, and relevant technologies.
- Familiarity with intelligence analysis and operational planning processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead a diverse team.
- Relevant certifications in cryptology or cybersecurity are preferred (e.g., CISSP, CEH).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is advantageous.
