It is not recommended to carry out the selection process carried out by Excellera unless you are desperate. Here are some parts of the process that I think are bad: 1. Candidates need to send a full body photo. 2. Candidates need to fill out a lot of questionnaires, 1 – 2 hours. 3. Candidates will take a psychological test via Zoom at the same time as other candidates who are also applying at different companies 4. Worst of all, candidates will carry out analysis, make ppts, and conduct Leaderless Group Discussions with other candidates. This is very bad because the topics discussed are not related to the position you are applying for and regardless of whether the position you are applying for requires leadership skills or not. 5. The total time required to carry out this process in one day ranges from 4 – 6 hours
