It was a privilege working with Melissa Mills, she is incredible. When you think of a top recruiter, it is her. She not only provides you with quality care but also emphasizes the value of what you do, your qualities, your needs and the opportunities you are looking for. She is reliable, always there when you need her no matter the situation, and is constantly looking out for your best interest. She puts her clients in positions for success and makes sure you are protected in every way. Melissa is by far the most talented and respectful recruiter I have ever met. Her enthusiasm and professionalism is what leads her to win her clients over competitors. There were many employers who i wouldn’t consider taking their interviews without Melissa’s feedback. She helped me once and since, I have yet to have a need to reach out to any other recruiters. I’d give her 10 stars If the scoring model would be higher.

Melissa and her support team are amazing. I’ve worked with plenty of recruiters and Melissa stands out as someone who cares. Instead of just trying to bombard clients with resumes, she takes the time to see if there’s a cultural fit and works side by side with the applicant to get prepared so people like me have the best shot.
