We bought our smokers year and a half ago and love it!! We had an issue with cancelling a subscription for wood pellets. John was AMAZING. He not only got the problem resolved, he was kind, thoughtful, and provided us with incredible customer service.

I cannot wait to use this. My husband has done countless hours of research trying to find the perfect grill. Coming from home that has used Green Mountain, trager, and Louisiana… not professional grillers but we use them about everyday. His words on repeat “this thing is high quality, built so much better, sturdy, heavy” which it is. It’s also gorgeous. I’ll update pictures when we start grilling on it! Also thank you for your wonderful customer service. I had called in about a driver who delivered my grill just to give him some praise for his customer service. The gentleman that helped me on the phone has exceptional customer service (Christian Fraizer) so thank you for going above and beyond with your customers. Update: so far we’ve smoked tri tip, burgers and JoJos. Excellent. This makes the most beautiful smoked meats and golden potatoes I’ve ever seen or tasted!!!!!!
