Requirements
- Ph.D. in Women’s Studies, Gender Studies, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience in teaching at the college or university level, preferably in women’s studies or cultural studies.
- Strong research background with a record of publications in reputable academic journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and faculty.
- Ability to develop course syllabi and learning materials aligned with academic standards.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic settings.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technology is a plus.
