Job Brief

  • Prepare detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for corrective actions and compliance strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or investigative roles, preferably in labor law contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using compliance management software and analytical tools.
  • Certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus.
