Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing retinal surgery.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with retinal conditions.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery.
  • Board certification in ophthalmology.
  • Proven experience in retinal surgical procedures and patient management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in diagnosing ocular conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
