Responsibilities

- Respond to official correspondence and inquiries from the public and legal entities.
- Maintain fiscal records and accounts related to court operations and transactions.
- Issue licenses, permits, and other official documents as required.
- Record data, administer tests, and collect fees associated with court processes.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for court sessions as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably within a legal or governmental setting.
- Strong proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with court personnel and the public.
