Responsibilities
- Make and confirm train reservations for passengers using reservation systems and software.

- Check baggage and guide passengers to appropriate platforms, concourses, or tracks.
- Deliver tickets and other travel documents to customers promptly and accurately.
- Inform individuals and groups about package tours and travel itineraries.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and reservations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall travel experience for customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or travel management is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or transportation sector.
