Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role in technical support.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
