Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions.
  • Onboard new employees and facilitate orientation programs.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for staff.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration processes as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, typically 2-5 years.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
