Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or equivalent credential is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in health information management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and quality assurance standards.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and health information technologies.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
