Job Brief
The Glue Reel Operator is responsible for operating and tending bonding machines that utilize adhesives to join various materials for further processing or to produce a completed product. Responsibilities
- Operate bonding machines to apply adhesives for joining materials efficiently.
- Monitor machinery operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Adjust machine settings according to specific material requirements and adhesive types.
- Inspect finished products for adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to management.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bonding equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Glue Reel Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Knowledge of various adhesives and their applications in industrial processes.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and manufacturing best practices.
