Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Funeral Service or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in funeral service management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of funeral service practices, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in funeral service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid funeral director or embalmer license as required by state regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
