Responsibilities

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean work environment.
  • Remove bones, skin, and unwanted parts from fish, ensuring high-quality presentation.

  • Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing basic maintenance as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fish processing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Fish Filleter or similar role in seafood processing.
  • Strong knowledge of various fish species and filleting techniques.
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools and filleting equipment.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
