Job Brief
The Fish Filleter is responsible for performing precise cutting and trimming of fish and seafood products to meet quality and presentation standards. Responsibilities

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Fish Filleter or similar role in seafood processing.
- Strong knowledge of various fish species and filleting techniques.
