Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Inspect job sites to assess fencing requirements and determine the best installation methods.
- Measure and mark locations for fence posts and gates according to project specifications.
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and install a variety of fence types, including wood, vinyl, chain link, and metal fences.
- Repair damaged fences and gates, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fence Builder or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fencing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
