Job Brief
The Executive Casino Host is responsible for overseeing the operations of assigned gaming areas and ensuring a high-quality gaming experience for guests. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of casino staff in designated gaming areas to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Circulate across the gaming floor to monitor operations, ensuring that all tables and games are adequately staffed and maintained.
- Verify and process jackpot payouts while adhering to established casino policies and procedures.
- Reset slot machines following payoffs, performing minor repairs or adjustments as necessary to maintain functionality.
- Plan and organize engaging activities and services for guests to enhance their overall experience in the casino environment.
- Provide exceptional guest service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional strategies that attract and retain high-value players.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and activities to support ongoing marketing and guest engagement efforts.
