Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estate Appraiser to assess and determine the fair market value of tangible personal or business property, including jewelry, art, antiques, collectibles, and equipment. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an estate appraiser or in a related appraisal role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating property values.
- Familiarity with appraisal software and tools for property valuation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Certification from a recognized appraisal organization is preferred.
