Job Brief
As a Drama Therapist, you will utilize creative arts therapies to promote emotional, psychological, and social well-being in patients within healthcare settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized drama therapy programs based on patient assessments and therapeutic goals.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans that integrate drama therapy.

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Drama Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or a related field.
- Valid certification from a recognized drama therapy association (e.g., NADTA).
- Experience working with diverse patient populations in clinical or institutional settings.
- Strong understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and safe environment for self-expression.
