Job Brief

The Division Officer, Weapons Department is responsible for the strategic management of personnel and weapons operations aimed at neutralizing enemy positions, aircraft, and vessels. This role requires a deep understanding of field artillery and air defense systems, as well as experience in planning, targeting, and coordinating tactical deployments. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute tactical operations involving field artillery and air defense artillery missile systems.
  • Coordinate the targeting and deployment of weapons systems to maximize operational effectiveness.
  • Direct the establishment and operation of fire control communications systems to ensure seamless communication during missions.
  • Oversee the targeting and launch procedures for intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs).
  • Manage the storage and handling of nuclear munitions and components, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure the security of weapons storage and launch facilities to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of weapons systems to guarantee readiness and reliability.
  • Provide training and development for personnel in weapons operations and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as military science, engineering, or defense studies.
  • Proven experience in military operations, particularly in weapons management or artillery systems.
  • Strong understanding of tactical planning and operational deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with fire control communication systems and missile targeting protocols.
  • Certification in weapons handling and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to pass security clearance requirements for handling nuclear materials.
  • Proficient in using military software and systems for operation planning and execution.
