Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Griddle Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area and equipment.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operation.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of food supplies.
- Stay updated on menu items and changes, ensuring full knowledge of recipes and cooking methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Griddle Cook or in a similar cooking role.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to operate griddles and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as required.
