Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, social work, or a related field.
- Experience in financial counseling, debt management, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, loan types, and debt management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting software.
- Certification as a Credit Counselor or Debt Management Consultant is highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
