Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in mortuary science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a crematory operator or in a similar role within the funeral services industry.
- Knowledge of state and local regulations governing cremation practices.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with crematory equipment maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with clients.
