Job Brief

The Computer Customer Support Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for users requiring technical assistance with computer systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, guiding clients through installation processes, and resolving inquiries related to operating systems, printing, and electronic mail. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to computer users via in-person, telephone, and electronic communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting common technical issues and providing effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and remote assistance tools is an advantage.
