Requirements

- Knowledge of electronic components, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., IPC, ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) are a plus.
