- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to execute tasks accurately.

- Assist in training new operators and provide guidance on best practices for machinery operation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bulldozer Operator or similar role within the construction industry.
- Valid operator’s license and certifications for heavy machinery operation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of safety regulations and practices related to heavy machinery operation.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, including operating heavy machinery for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus.
