Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some positions may require an associate or bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and completion of law enforcement training.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to meet law enforcement standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and ordinances.
- Experience in conflict resolution and crisis management.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
