Job Brief
As a Battery Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and modifying various electrical and electronic equipment, with a primary focus on battery systems. Responsibilities
- Assemble battery packs and related electrical components according to specifications and technical drawings.
- Modify and test electrical equipment, ensuring functionality and safety compliance.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the assembly process to guarantee product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and resolve assembly issues.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and production outputs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and reduce production time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics is preferred.
- Proven experience in battery assembly or a similar role in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical components and assembly techniques.
- Proficient in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and assembly machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
