Job Brief
As an Automobile Detailer, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles, machinery, and various types of equipment to maintain their appearance and functionality. This role requires hands-on experience with cleaning agents, tools, and techniques to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Wash and clean the exterior and interior of vehicles using water, cleaning agents, brushes, and cloths.
- Polish, wax, and buff vehicles to enhance shine and protect paint surfaces.
- Vacuum and shampoo upholstery, carpets, and floor mats to ensure cleanliness.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and identify areas needing additional attention.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to surfaces as required.
- Maintain and organize detailing supplies and equipment for optimal use.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations while using cleaning products.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in automotive detailing is a plus.
- Proven experience as an automobile detailer or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning agents and techniques specific to vehicle detailing.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment when necessary.
