Requirements
- Proven experience as an automobile body repair technician or similar role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination.
