I have only kind words about all of the Green Team drivers and office staff. The drivers are extremely courteous and always do a clean removal of all the bin contents. They never leave a mess. I called to have a piece of furniture picked up ( for free…. A new perk they now offer ) and spoke to Adrianna. She was knowledgeable, professional and sweet. Hats off to all the Green Team folks!!! 5 stars for all of you. I would give 10 stars if Google offered 10 stars on reviews!!!

The best service Green Team provides is the bulk items retrieval. The answering service people are always efficient, polite & friendly. I have never been put on hold. The driver, when I see him on our cameras, does an amazing job. Seems to enjoy doing his job. Very efficient, picks up items like they weigh nothing & checks area for other items before he leaves. I have been calling GT for a few years & always great to work with them. Thank you for providing this service.

I called GT today and spoke with Lisa and asked if we could create an W/O to pickup a few items. I had explained to her that I just missed the bulky box driver. Lisa was attentive to my request and she managed to get me a scheduled pickup date for the large items (4 sofa sections + 3 bundles of chain link fencing) straight away. She was professional and courteous and I thanked her for her assistance. Exceptional customer service, Lisa!! I highly recommend the free junk pickup service provided by Green Team/Waste Management.
