After recently retiring an opportunity to return to work appeared for a part time post. I have never worked for agency and I did not know how things would work out. I have to say I met Grace and Cindy who were very professional in dealing with me. I had no issues with my terms and conditions and my pay was always paid on the correct date. I felt supported and knowing I could contact them by phone or email if I needed to. My contract was extended several times and all paperwork was updated. Very good customer experience between all.

Grace and the team at Uptown have provided an excellent professional service at all times. Since joining two years ago I have always had assignments that have been not only local but enjoyable and well suited to my skill set. I have now gone from temp to perm in a great job and cannot thank uptown enough for their support. All the best 🤗❤

Uptown have been great for me. They found me positions suitable for my needs and wants; these allowed me to use my skills for the benefit of both companies employing me and myself. Uptown, and Grace in particular, have always been on hand and approachable to deal with any questions, plus payments always came in on time.
