Most staffing companies have one goal in mind job placement. Ultimate Staffing takes it a few steps further, Karen Coronado does more than just job placement. She took the time to get to know me as a potential employee, to ask the important questions who am I, what sort of job am I seeking , what sort of job would best fit my personality. I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness, dedication , transparency and tireless dedication to ensure that might next job assignment was everything that I was looking for but could not find on my own. Thank you to Karena and the wonderful staff at Ultimate Staffing they made job placement a truly seamless experience.

I had a fantastic experience working with Stacy! She is an exceptional recruiter—very helpful, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the job hunting process smooth and enjoyable. From the initial conversation to securing my role, she was always available to answer my questions and provide valuable guidance. Her professionalism and dedication truly made a difference in my job search, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Stacy to anyone looking for a great recruiter who truly cares!

Giving Karen C. Her flowers by eating ultimate staffing five stars!! I got ahold of Karen’s contact information right before the holidays. She helped me secure an interview within two weeks of communicating with her and I began working all under the time frame of three weeks! Karen coached me before and the day of my interview, ensured that I looked presentable, and helped me secure the position. She’s the best recruiter with ultimate staffing and I recommend her to everyone!
