They claimed payroll is every two weeks but apparently if you start in the middle of a two week pay period they just make you wait four weeks…you know for money you need to live on…that you earned. Normal agencies would process the first week as part of their two week payroll and just pay out one week. Then have you on the regular schedule. But TIPS expects you to live on farts and fairy tales while they’re making money off you. I think they decided to “pay me early” because I can’t afford gas to get to the client site. I should have been suspicious when they kept emphasizing that contractors can’t jump to different agencies mid contract…and I now know why someone would want to do that…

I just started working with them, but I’ve found them to respond promptly when contacted and generally easy to work with. Pay is what I asked for and benefits are typical for a consulting firm; basic employee only health insurance and no PTO.
The reviewer who dinged them for what they pay was being unfair; consulting companies pay contractors based on what the client is willing to pay for the service rendered. As an independent contractor it is your decision to work for that rate or look elsewhere.
My experience with them so far has been great; no complaints!

It’s been couple of years since I’ve first joined this company, I’ve never had any bad experience so far. A very understanding employer, always been helpful and transparent.
