This was the first time we have worked with The Recruitment Consultants. The first thing we noticed was how they took time to understand our business, its values and characteristics. They understood exactly the type of person we needed. We bowed to their knowledge of the best routes to market our vacancy, we liked how they interviewed the soft skills and behaviours of the candidates. These days candidates have a choice of offers so even though we selected the best candidate for ourselves, it was the relationship built up between the candidate and The Recruitment Consultants that swung the candidate in our favour. These guys are good!
