I completed my contact centre course today and I have to say that Chris Cave and Claire Todd are exceptional and a real credit to The Launch Group. They are very professional, understanding and supportive. I learnt a great deal from them due to this course. I feel much more confident in myself that I can progress in life as well as in any career path that I choose. I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done over these last 2 weeks and I recommend this course to anyone that wants to improve or add to their skill set.
