Very impressed by The HRB Group. As an insurance broker for 16 years here on the Big Island… I need to make sure my clients have the best as they are friends and family. The HRB Group treats every client with respect and truly listens to their needs. They work hard to keep clients satisfied. They stand out in the sense that they are very transparent making sure their clients know exactly where the dollars are going and why. At the same time constantly negotiating with their carriers to get the lowest costs. This is why I would recommend them to business owners who need to take a look at their bottom line. Golden West Plumbing started with The HRB Group in Jan 2015. When we decided to change payroll companies back in Dec 2014, the transition to start with The HRB Group was almost seamless.
Jesus and the rest of the staff was always personable and professional. We really enjoyed that they were a local company and always made time to visit us to make sure that they were always fulfilling our needs. This was a huge benefit over the large corporate companies that are available.
I highly recommend The HRB Group and have even promoted them to friends that I have at other companies to inform them that there are better options for payroll services than the large companies.
