I had a fantastic experience with Greer Staffing. They helped me transition from a temporary position to a permanent role in the insurance industry. Their communication was consistent and supportive, guiding me through the entire process. Their encouragement was invaluable, and I’m grateful for their assistance in finding the perfect job for me. Highly recommended for anyone seeking employment opportunities.

Not a good place if you have background. I was terminated literally days before my year was up. And if I was a bad worker I should not have lasted as long as I did! They also flagged my application for cell phone use on floor. So therefore I was unable for rehire in the future or unemployment when I left. Anyone who has worked for Eaton through the Greer group knows cell phones are used on floor for work purposes! It seems like they will find any little reason to fire you & their policy contradicts what actually goes on at job site. So If you’re trying to work for Eaton I would advise you not to go through The Greer group! & trust me I’m not the only person they have done this too. I’ve seen people literally work 1 day and get laid off But unfortunately this was my experiences while working here! As for many others!!!
