Screening was not done thoroughly. Work permit was not issued because the helper failed the medical test upon reaching Singapore. Who in the right mind would issue work permit to helper when she is not medically fit? On top of that, the helper was short sighted and employer had to purchase a pair of glasses for the helper. Helper barely does anything in the house. When asked about the next step in regards to the helper’s transfer, Yanti was utterly rude. You are an agency. Hence, u know better about the rules and regulations on MOM. Which is why people go to agencies so seek advise and clarify their concerns. You dont have to be rude. People dont owe u a living. Deal at your own risk. As they mentioned “paying” client. U cn tell that they are only interested in money not your best interest. Dont worry, we have consulted MOM regarding this and we were advised to send the helper home which was what we did. Deal at your own risk.
