Absolutely appalling service. Used them for a rollout recommended in a partnership with a large commercial landlord. Didn’t complete the project, have chased them for everything. Stay away !!!!!

Dealt with Drew Devlin- worst rep for the company, was rude, racist and condescending on the phone. Asked me what my nationality is and why i spoke in an accent, would stay a mile away from that company.

GET YOUR SOLAR ELSWHERE!!
If I could give less than one star, I would. I had a 20KW system installed 2 years ago, and in all that time, its never worked properly and despite numerous emails, phone calls, screen shots and visits from their “technicians”, its still not working. I have even paid for additional work they said they needed to fix it, and it did nothing. They have missed numerous appointments when they were meant to come and fix it and then never rebook. I have to chase them every time! When I call the warranty section, no one now answers the phone and you have to “leave a message”, which they dont respond to. Absolutely atrocious service and totally unprofessional.
