The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They even gave me helpful tips to keep my phone in great condition. I want to highlight Dee and his excellent trouble shooting skills in identifying the problem in my Iphone, the repair price is the best quote I’ve gotten and he did a great job with the work on my phone. Much respect to this establishment, I definitely recommend

I brought my Mac in to replace a battery and replace screws on the bottom panel. When I went to pick up the laptop, there was a beeping sound. This was not the condition of the laptop when I brought it in for service. The guy wearing the glasses said since it happened while the machine was in their care, he’d fix it. He said it would take a few days to fix. After waiting nearly 3 weeks, my machine was finally fixed. The guy wearing the glasses then said the issue with the RAM was my fault because I didn’t bring in the power cord. Sadly, this was a horrible experience and I don’t recommend their service.
