I’ve come by multiple times to drop off Amazon returns, and service has always been fast and super friendly. They recently added an automated kiosk for dropping off Amazon packages too, so that you don’t have to wait in line for the counter anymore. The person who was working that day showed me how to use it, which was really helpful!

Five star service from Afar! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Manuel at The UPS Store, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I was shipping packages to a friend, and Manuel went above and beyond to help receive them smoothly. Even though I never stepped foot into the store, the level of service I received made it feel like I was right there. That is true customer service right there! They also only charged $5 per package to receive them, and are kind about it, unlike other locations in the area. On top of that, Manuel was incredibly kind, hospitable, a good listener and professional every step of the way. This was nothing short of a five-star experience, efficient, courteous, and hassle-free. Highly recommend this location and especially Manuel for anyone looking for reliable service with a personal touch!

Other than parking challenges in the area (but there is underground parking) this store has quality employees that are efficient, have amazing customer skills and exceed expectations. Every time I go in to this location I am blown away by their consistent performance and it is applicable to all their employees. I cannot remember all their names but in particular (this week) I had the pleasure of dealing w/Scott and Johanna for items I needed to ship and also an Amazon return etc., I feel so confident using this location because they have a 100% success rate w/all my packages but again what I also commend is how readily they assist you and show care/concern for all people. They have amazing work ethic ALL THE TIME. Oh and always a shout out to Omari who always performs at 150% I hope these employees get the recognition they deserve cause employees and people like these are hard to find w/that work ethic.
