I’ve been on both ends of recruitment and recruiters, and it is difficult to find someone who really does put their heart and soul into their work and clients. I’m really have to give you my thoughts on Cameron Day at Rise Technical. Cameron was able to balance the needs of his client (my new employer) and myself by being very open, honest and tactful with his advice. Throughout my process Cameron was upfront with what he was looking for, and what I would be able to bring to the team which is rare, he wasn’t just after commission or a tick in the box, he really did have both camps best interests at heart. His communication has been excellent throughout, always keeping me up to date and again I go back to that word Honest, wasn’t afraid to show his cards and make me feel valued throughout. He made sure I was sure, and comfortable with each step and even after signing on the dotted line, has kept in touch to ensure I didn’t have any issues or had any questions that had not been answered.
