I’m so grateful for StratTech! After struggling with other IT companies that just didn’t deliver, a colleague highly recommended them—and I’m so glad they did. Chris and Brent excel at breaking down complex IT concepts into simple, understandable terms (since IT isn’t my first language!). What I wanted in an IT company was simple: someone I could call who would quickly and efficiently resolve any issues—and StratTech delivers every time. They’ve saved me from the stress of troubleshooting by providing seamless solutions with just one call. IT services can be costly, but with StratTech, I know I’m getting incredible value. They’re also mindful of budgets, helping us prioritize the most critical projects first. Chris and Brent’s passion for what they do is evident in every conversation—they truly care about keeping our business safe and secure. 10/10 recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about StratTech! After dealing with constant delays and poor service with another provider, switching to them has been an absolute game-changer. They are prompt, timely, and always ready to help with any issue I’ve encountered, no matter how big or small. Their customer service is unmatched, and it’s clear they genuinely care about resolving problems efficiently and effectively. The peace of mind I’ve gained knowing they are just a call away is priceless. If you’re looking for an IT team that truly delivers, look no further. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional IT support!
