I’ve been a full time traveler for over 5 years and this is hands down the worst company I’ve ever been a part of. My pay has been wrong no less than 6 times since I started with this company, and if you’re not home regularly to check your actual mail, you’d never know it because this company still lives in 1993 and sends out paper paystubs!!! Getting someone within the company to do anything for you is next to impossible and I’m fairly certain that even though there are multiple people listed on their employee registry, only Chris and Jennifer work there. I’ve tried to use the vision benefits I pay for weekly now for 8 months on multiple occasions, only for my doctor to tell me that my vision lapsed in 2018… funny thing is, I didn’t work with this company in 2018 and the only thing this company can tell me is well, go ahead and pay out of pocket and we can reimburse you! They also have no problem withholding the maximum allowable government non-tax stipend from you, citing “company policy” as their reasoning. So while everyone else traveling to the Cinci area is getting paid 1575 a week in tax free stipend, Sterling will only pay you 1054 and tell you to walk if you don’t like it. If you can find another agency, I highly encourage it.

Horrible company, they do not honor contracts, will not return calls or emails, Kevin Korb CFO, Kimberly Griffin HR manager, Jim Tansor recruiter- none will honor what is in written contract and will not reply in any way. Stay away from this company!

Worst professional experience of my life . Administration is not interested in quality of care . Very poor communication. Terrible health insurance .
