I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. After being contacted for an initial screening by Manoj Bachhav, I was scheduled for a virtual interview, followed by a face-to-face interview. I was then asked to submit all my documentation, which I did promptly. After all this effort and over **15 days** of waiting with zero updates or communication, I was finally told that my candidature was rejected by the panel—without any feedback, explanation, or courtesy.
This entire process felt like a waste of time and energy. It’s highly unprofessional to make candidates go through multiple rounds, collect sensitive documents, and then leave them hanging for weeks. Clear, timely communication and respectful treatment of candidates should be the bare minimum in any recruitment process. Unfortunately, this company fell short on all fronts.
I would not recommend anyone waste their time with this organization unless they significantly improve their hiring process and candidate communication.

I went through multiple rounds of interviews, investing significant time and effort, only to be told at the end that the position was suddenly “on hold.” No indication of this earlier in the process, no respect for the candidate’s time.
After being told I was shortlisted, I was asked to submit documents. Collecting documents and giving false hope, only to abruptly halt the process, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism.
If a company can’t manage its hiring pipeline professionally, it raises serious concerns about how they operate internally. Disappointing and avoidable.

The recruiter ‘Suraj’ who reached out to me and was polite in the beginning because they get incentives for every recruitment they do but later it turned out to be very aggressive. For fresher they were giving 18000p/m but no gratuity or no pf. There was no relocation given and only two Saturdays were off and yet there was no such incentive for them. For 6months you would work for 18000 without any additional benefits. Can’t express how it went but yes definitely putting the picture to explain in short.
